Less messy than eating natto. I tried soybean natto for the enzyme and K2. Store-bought natto is expensive, nasty to eat, and caused a little unexpected bowel looseness.

Nattokinase capsules from fermented soybeans

Legs heavy by evening? Meet the enzyme from Japan's natto.

Heavy legs by 6pm. Cold feet in bed, even in socks. If that sounds like your evenings, Rythme gives you nattokinase, the enzyme found in natto, the fermented soybeans eaten in Japan for over 1,000 years.

One capsule a day gives you 100mg, about 2,000 FU. That is the dose used in the human studies. No smell, no sticky strings, and vitamin K2 removed. It is not right for everyone, so please read who should skip it before you order.

  • Supports healthy circulation to legs and feet
  • Supports normal blood flow
  • The 2,000 FU dose used in human studies
  • One small capsule a day, no natto taste

The science behind Rythme

Your blood carries a protein called fibrin. Think of it as your body's emergency net: a fine web that seals small cuts. Every day your body makes a little, and its own clean up crew clears the spare strands away. Nattokinase is an enzyme made when soybeans ferment into natto. In a small human study, one 2,000 FU dose raised markers of the body's own fibrin clean up within hours, all within the normal range. In another small study, hands warmed back up faster after cold water. Rythme gives you that same 2,000 FU in one capsule, once a day.

How Rythme works

Take 1 capsule a day with a full glass of water on an empty stomach, at least an hour away from food. Most people take it before bed. If it makes you wake early, move it to the morning. Take it every day, because it works as a steady routine. Never take more than 1 capsule a day. One bottle lasts 90 days.

What to expect

Week 1 is about building the habit. People who take nattokinase often say they first notice something around weeks 2 to 3: legs a little lighter by evening, hands and feet a little warmer. For some it takes longer, and a few feel nothing. Give it 8 to 12 weeks, the length of most studies, before you judge it. If you are not happy, you have 90 days to get your money back, even if the bottle is empty.

Who it is for

For adults who want to support healthy circulation, especially if your legs feel heavy by evening or your hands and feet run cold. Please skip Rythme if you take blood thinning medicine, antiplatelet medicine or daily aspirin, have a bleeding disorder, have surgery planned in the next 2 weeks, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or are allergic to soy. If you take any medication, only use Rythme under your doctor's supervision.

How long until I get it?

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, tracked. Shipping is free on 2 or more; a single bottle has a small shipping fee shown before you pay. Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 days.

Love it or your money back

Take it every day for up to 90 days. If you are not happy for any reason, email support@norixi.com and we refund you in full, even if the bottle is empty.

Thousands are raving about nattokinase capsules

Sound familiar?

Why do your legs feel like lead by 6pm?

The morning is fine. Then the day goes on. By evening your socks leave deep marks around your ankles, your calves ache, and you want to put your feet up the minute you walk in the door.

At night your feet stay cold under the duvet, even in socks. You blame being tired, or getting older, or sitting all day. You try walking more, warm socks, maybe fish oil. Some evenings are better. Most feel the same.

Your legs are the far end of a long road from your heart. When things move a bit slower, they are the first place you feel it.

Why do your legs feel like lead by 6pm?

Why it happens

Why your legs feel it first

The Sticky Web Buildup

Picture a long hallway with a cleaner. Your blood makes a fine web called fibrin to seal small cuts, and your body's own cleaner sweeps the spare strands away each day. A few strands are normal. But with age, long days sitting and long flights, the cleaner can fall behind. Webs gather in the corners and everything moving down the hall slows a little. Your legs and feet sit at the far end, so they feel it first: heavy, cold, puffy by evening.

The Japanese Cleaner Enzyme

Nattokinase works like an extra cleaner that only clears spare web. It helps your body's own crew keep the hallway clear, so things can move freely all the way down to your legs and feet. Socks squeeze the walls and walking pushes harder. Neither one sends help for the webs.

Before Rythme vs a few weeks in

What buyers of nattokinase capsules describe, in their words.

Before
After
Legs that feel like lead by evening, and a calf ache that makes you want to sit down the minute you get home.
Legs that feel a bit less heavy at the end of the day, so the evening walk feels possible again.
Cold hands and cold feet in bed every night, no matter how many socks you wear.
Hands that stay warm, which you honestly did not expect at your age.
Sluggish all afternoon and putting it down to getting older.
Less sluggish and more get up and go through the day.
Forcing down smelly, sticky natto because you read it was good for you, and hating every bite.
One small capsule with water. No smell, no strings, no mess.
A quiet worry about your circulation, and the feeling that you are just waiting for something to go wrong.
A calm sense that you are doing something every day to support your body.

What's inside

One ingredient. Nothing hiding.

Each capsule holds 100mg of nattokinase, about 2,000 FU, made by fermenting soybeans the same way natto is made. FU stands for fibrinolytic units, the standard way to measure how active this enzyme is. 2,000 FU is the amount used in the human studies below.

Natto food is rich in vitamin K2. We removed it, because people who are told to watch their vitamin K should not get a surprise dose. There is no blend of ten other things, so you know exactly what you are taking. It is made from soy, so skip it if you have a soy allergy.

The research

Studies are on the ingredient, not on Norixi Rythme.

One dose boosted the body's own fibrin clean up within hours

12 healthy young men took a single 2,000 FU dose of nattokinase or placebo in a crossover trial. Markers of fibrin clean up rose at 4 to 8 hours, all within the normal range. This was one dose, and we sell a daily capsule of the same 2,000 FU.

Kurosawa 2015, Scientific Reports ↗

Hands warmed back up faster after cold water

9 healthy men took a single 2,000 FU dose or placebo, then put a hand in 10°C water. Skin temperature came back faster with nattokinase. The authors note women and older adults tend to feel the cold more. Small study, single dose.

Nara 2023, Heliyon ↗

Six trials, 546 people, no notable side effects reported

A review pooled 6 randomised placebo controlled trials of nattokinase in adults, at different doses and lengths. No notable side effects were reported across them. This does not mean it is right for everyone, so please read who should skip it.

Frequently asked questions

I take a blood thinner or daily aspirin. Can I take Rythme?

No. Nattokinase can make your blood take longer to seal a cut. In an 8 week study it did this more than a placebo did. Taken with blood thinning medicine, antiplatelet medicine or daily aspirin, that raises the risk of bleeding. Please do not take Rythme if you take any of these, have a bleeding disorder, or have surgery planned. Stop at least 7 days before any surgery. If you take any other medication, only use Rythme under your doctor's supervision.

Can Rythme replace my medicine?

No. Rythme is a daily circulation supplement. It does not replace anything your doctor prescribes. Never stop or change a medicine without talking to your doctor first.

Could it make me feel dizzy or give me a headache?

A small number of people report a headache or feeling light headed. One buyer who felt dizzy was taking twice our dose. That is one reason we keep it to 2,000 FU a day, the dose used in the studies. If you often feel faint or dizzy when you stand up, check with your doctor first. If you feel unwell, stop taking it.

What if it does nothing for me?

That can happen. Some people feel a difference in a few weeks, some take longer, and some feel nothing. A long study in healthy people found no change in the lab markers it measured, so we will not promise you a number. Give it 8 to 12 weeks. If you are not happy, you have 90 days to get your money back, even if the bottle is empty.

How do I know how much enzyme is in it?

Each capsule holds 100mg of nattokinase, about 2,000 FU, and the amount is printed on the label. Rythme has one active ingredient. Many big FU bottles are blends with garlic, turmeric and other extras, which makes it hard to know what you are getting.

I was told to watch my vitamin K. Is there K2 in it?

No. Natto food is rich in vitamin K2, but Rythme has the vitamin K2 removed. If you have been told to watch vitamin K because of a medicine, that medicine is likely one you should not mix with nattokinase, so please ask your doctor first.

Is it made from soy?

Yes. Nattokinase comes from fermented soybeans. If you have a soy allergy, please do not take it.

Can it upset my stomach or my sleep?

A few people report a mild stomach ache, or waking earlier than usual. Take it with a full glass of water. If it disturbs your sleep, take it in the morning instead of before bed.

Why not buy a big cheap bottle instead?

You can, and some are fine. With Rythme you get one ingredient at the dose used in the studies, vitamin K2 removed, clear advice on who should skip it, and 90 days to get your money back if it is not for you.

How long does a bottle last?

90 capsules at 1 a day lasts 90 days. Two bottles cover the full 12 week test with time to spare.

Is it suitable while pregnant or for teenagers?

No. Rythme is for adults only. Please do not take it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
